Users who do not have Schedule issues permission can edit Due date

Fixed an issue that users who do not have the permission to Schedule issues can edit the due date on WBS and Gantt chart.

When you update the Due date icon by dragging and dropping, it is saved at the date one day before the displayed Due date

By dragging and dropping the Due date icon displayed on the Gantt chart, changing the Due date and clicking the Save button, it was saved at the date one day before the displayed Due date. We have fixed this issue.
